REGISTRATION FORM
We offer a 10% discount if one is registering 3 or more family members.
We require a $125.00 deposit to be held as a volunteer commitment.
Upon volunteering for one bingo or one shift at a casino, we will
return your deposit. If you DO NOT wish to participate in volunteer
fundraising, you have the option of paying the $125.00 fee. |

* a $25.00 fee will apply to any returned
cheques.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to pull your child from the program, then all refunds are
less the $31.00 Skate Canada fee and $20.00 registration fee. The program
fee will be pro-rated based on how many classes your child was still
registered in the program (based on 20 weeks)). No refunds or makeup
sessions missed due to illness, holidays, competitions, test, maintenance
or management disputes.
